Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to resolve concerns collaboratively and fairly.

Ineligibility of Refund Claims

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Minor grammatical or formatting issues
• Client-caused delays
• Word count concerns alone
• Failure to submit documented concerns
• Additional requirements added after order placement
• Tips provided to staff
• Change of mind or voluntary cancellation
• Failure to provide required materials
• Lack of documented revision requests (minimum three documented attempts required within two weeks)

If late delivery occurs due to our fault and documented contact attempts have been made at least three times, a partial refund of up to 50% may be considered.

All refund decisions are subject to mutual agreement between American Book Agency and the client.
